“I consider it an honor to represent the people in the Precinct 2 community.  13 years before taking the oath to serve as your Commissioner in 2014, I was the Operations Manager for Precinct 2, managing the supervisors and their crews as they completed their work assignments for all daily and emergency needs that arose.  This provided me insight for administering the operation and budgeting needs of the office as a whole for the community. Discussing current and future goals with local neighborhood associations, combined with active listening and working together, I will continue to endeavor to make Montgomery County Precinct 2 an even more desirable place to live, work and play.  My obligation and goal is to serve the past, present and the future.”

– Commissioner Charlie Riley

It is with great sorrow that the Precinct 2 office received news that Commissioner Charlie Riley’s mother, Alice Riley, passed away on Sunday.  Alice was a blessing to this community.  She will be greatly missed by her loving and steadfast family as well as many close friends.  Visitation with be held from 9:30 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at Magnolia Funeral Home with her service to follow at 11:00am on Friday, April 5, 2024.
